My challenge of the day was to beat someone else at __.
The ___ turned out to be getting physical and pushing people off of the ball (I had a soccer tournament). And damn I don’t know how many evil looking I got from those girls on the ground… I loved it!
I had two games (100 minutes of cardio), then after we got back from our roadtrip I did Zumba for 45 minutes and a killer ab workout.
Total: 145 Minutes of cardio. + I ab workout.
Feeling: Stronger (hence the video I posted.)
